Hsl Innovation in Brazil seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the M&E QS team on multiple projects. You will oversee Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, tender submissions, and contract administration to ensure cost effectiveness and buildable designs.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, BIM and Project teams, drive value engineering, monitor budgets and cash flow, and mentor the QS team. A degree in Quantity Surveying and 8+ years in M&E QS are required; BIM experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
• Experience in BQ preparation, tendering, and cost planning.
• Knowledge of Singapore standard forms of contract preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM-based quantity take-off and cost management software an advantage.
• Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall commercial performance.
• Mentor and develop the QS team.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
• Strong experience in BQ preparation, tendering, cost planning, contract administration, and final accounts.
• Strong understanding of M&E design, Design & Build (DB) project delivery, and engineering coordination.
• Ability to review M&E design drawings and provide commercial and cost management advice throughout the design process.
• Experience in value engineering and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with Singapore standard forms of contract is preferred.
• Experience with BIM-based quantity take-off and cost management software is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
