Job summary

TestFly seeks a QA Automation professional to join an international project focused on AAA games. You will develop and maintain automated tests, program and troubleshoot complex issues with developers and automation specialists.

You will work with existing automation frameworks, translate test scenarios into automated solutions, and monitor CI/CD test execution. On-site or hybrid in Morumbi, São Paulo, with advanced English for daily interactions with international clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional QA or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing automated tests.
• Proficient in at least one language: Python, C#, Java, Lua, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience maintaining and expanding automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated tests for game systems and features;
• Work with existing automation frameworks;
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and efficiency through automation;
• Translate test scenarios and requirements into automated solutions;
• Investigate bugs and complex failures using test results, logs, telemetry, and diagnostic information;
• Identify and fix unstable or flaky automated tests;
• Monitor and support automated test execution in CI/CD environments;
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to automation processes, tools, and frameworks;
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA professionals, Technical Leads, and Automation Engineers.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in QA, software testing, Quality Engineering, or a related field;
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing, maintaining, or enhancing automated tests;
• Solid knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, C#, Java, Lua, Bash, or PowerShell;
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks or tools;
• Experience maintaining and expanding existing automation, not just executing automated tests;
• Solid understanding of software testing, defect investigation, and test design;
• Ability to analyze logs, test results, and diagnostic information;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams;
• Advanced English, with the ability to participate in daily meetings and technical discussions with international clients and teams.

• Experience with AAA games or large‑scale games;
