Oitchau is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate onboarding for large enterprise customers on our time and attendance SaaS. You will sit within the Product department as the main bridge connecting Product Development, Customer Success, and Sales.

You’ll lead cost analyses, manage budgets for custom features, and use GenAI tools to speed up daily workflows, while keeping technical discussions aligned with business goals.

Qualificações

• PMO or PMP certification is required.
• Solid experience managing software implementation or onboarding projects.
• Organized, proactive and able to push teams and clients to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow conversations about APIs and payroll system integrations.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and how to automate tasks with them.
• Experience tracking project budgets and handling change requests.

What it’s like to be a Technical Project Manager at Oitchau

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and organize the process of getting our large enterprise customers set up on our time and attendance SaaS product. In this role, you will sit within the Product department and act as the main bridge connecting Product Development, Customer Success, and Sales.

You are the \"pusher\" who makes sure things get done right and on time. While you won't be doing the deep coding or technical setup yourself, you need enough technical and product knowledge to understand what the teams are talking about—especially when it comes to payroll integrations. You will also run cost analysis, lead project meetings, handle budget adjustments when clients ask for custom features, and use AI tools (like Claude and Gemini) to build smart shortcuts and skills that make your own daily work faster and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Setup Projects: Take full ownership of large-scale customer onboarding projects, making sure internal teams and external clients stay on track to meet deadlines.


• Be the Cross-Functional Bridge: Run internal and external meetings, keeping Sales, Customer Success, and Product development aligned and moving in the same direction.


• Understand Technical & Product Needs: Attend integration and product meetings. You don't need to build the integrations, but you must be able to understand the discussion around payroll systems and product features so you can keep the project moving.


• Manage Costs & Custom Requests: Run cost analyses for your projects. If a customer asks for custom features during setup, you will handle the commercial offers and pricing adjustments for those changes.


• Work Smarter with AI: Use tools like Claude and Gemini to create your own custom \"Gems,\" plugins, or automated prompts to speed up your daily project management tasks and tracking.


• Continuous Improvement: Run project retrospectives (post-project reviews) to figure out what went well, what didn't, and how we can improve our project methodologies for the future.

Mandatory Requirements

• Project Management Background: Solid experience managing software implementation or onboarding projects. A PMO or PMP certification is required.


• The \"Pusher\" Personality: You are organized, proactive, and comfortable pushing both internal teams and clients to meet tight deadlines.


• Good Technical & Product Comprehension: You can comfortably follow conversations about APIs, payroll system integrations, and product roadmaps without getting lost.


• Practical AI Skills: You know how to use GenAI tools (like Claude and Gemini) beyond just basic typing—you know how to set up custom instructions, skills, or Gems to help automate your own paperwork and tracking.


• Financial & Commercial Sense: Experience tracking project budgets, analyzing costs, and handling change requests or commercial offers.
