Amazon LatAm seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the technical integration roadmap with Marketplace Hubs in LatAm. You will work with external developers to implement, maintain, and scale their SP-API integrations, driving delivery across multiple stakeholders.
You will lead architecture reviews, guide partners on schema mapping, and ensure performance, reliability, and security across integrations. Fluent Portuguese and English are required for cross‑regional collaboration.
At Amazon LatAm we value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in all our job positions, therefore, we act intentionally so that our internal environment reflects the plurality of the businesses we play and the customers we serve.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own and drive the technical integration roadmap with Marketplace Hubs (Integrators) in LatAm. You will work directly with external development teams to implement, maintain, and scale their integrations to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) ecosystem, a RESTful Web service architecture that enables programmatic exchange of listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.
This role requires deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, API design patterns, and software development lifecycle, combined with strong cross-functional communication skills to engage engineering teams, negotiate timelines, and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Systems Architecture: Understand and advise on integration architecture patterns including event-driven architectures, webhook-based notifications, batch processing pipelines, and real-time API consumption models. Evaluate partner system designs for scalability, reliability, and compliance with Amazon's technical standards.
Master Amazon's SP-API framework including RESTful endpoints, JSON schema validation, OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, rate limiting strategies, error handling patterns, and data model schemas (product types, listing attributes, order objects). Guide partners through schema mapping between their internal data models and Amazon's catalog structure.
Provide hands-on technical support including code review of integration implementations, troubleshooting HTTP request/response cycles, debugging serialization/deserialization issues, and validating payload structures. Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in integrations (Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript/Node.js) is required.
Leverage and advise on AI-driven automation tools, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, LLM-based solutions for seller experience optimization, and intelligent automation workflows that enhance integration quality and reduce manual intervention in the development lifecycle.
Act as the technical bridge between Amazon's internal product/engineering teams and external partner development squads. Translate complex technical requirements into actionable implementation plans. Lead technical design reviews, conduct architecture assessments, and present integration roadmaps to senior leadership.
