Descrição da oferta de emprego

The role of the Support Analyst is hands-on and involves working as part of a team to assist our publishers and advertisers in the use of our bespoke interface and related systems, ensuring high-quality customer service. This position provides high-level technical support, testing, and administration to maintain client accounts smoothly. The successful candidate will have an interest in digital marketing and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Tasks

  1. Handle tickets raised via our internal ticketing system.
  2. Provide high-level technical application support to internal colleagues, publishers, and advertisers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
  3. Identify technical issues/bugs and escalate as necessary.
  4. Administer an internal and external knowledge base.
  5. Test new developments and features.
  6. Act as an intermediary between Account Managers and Developers.
  7. Provide high-level training to internal colleagues.

Skills & Expertise

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Understanding of processes and procedures and their application.
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and establish effective working relationships with managers, employees, and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of writing MySQL queries is highly desirable.
