Our leadership is committed to embodying our leadership principles, with the goal of ‘Strive to Be Earth's Best Employer’. We recognize that ‘Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility’.

Our affinity groups, built from volunteers across different businesses, are active participants in defining our DE&I strategies. They serve as ambassadors of this agenda and will support new team members from Day 1. These groups include: BEN - Black Employee Network, Women@Amazon, Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and People With Disabilities, which is launching in 2022.

Are you someone capable of making a significant impact on Amazon's growth? Are you comfortable working with both business and technical requirements and analyzing metrics? If so, this position is for you.

We are seeking Technical Account Managers to own and implement strategic initiatives with our Integrators in Brazil (Marketplace Hubs). You will build relationships, provide technical support, and engage our partners' development teams to implement, maintain, and expand their integrations with Amazon’s marketplace.

The ideal candidate must balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of sellers, driving the integration process through our MWS APIs and SP-APIs. This role requires technical skills (supporting development and testing) and relationship skills (negotiating and engaging partners to meet deadlines). You will also analyze pain points, metrics, and seller experiences to identify improvement opportunities.

You will need to understand our integration APIs, which facilitate programmatic exchanges on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.

Job functions include:

  1. Managing a group of projects and their pipelines.
  2. Maintaining daily/weekly contact with teams via phone, email, and visits.
  3. Providing technical support on documentation, best practices, code examples, troubleshooting, and testing.
  4. Communicating project issues and collaborating to find solutions.
  5. Understanding seller API documentation and engaging with teams to resolve complex issues.
  6. Providing second-level support when necessary.
  7. Consulting with Product Managers on solutions, efforts estimation, and product roadmap.

Key job responsibilities include:

Technical Focus:
  • Managing integration projects with Marketplace partners.
  • Supporting API integration (MWS & SP-APIs).
  • Analyzing metrics and troubleshooting issues.
  • Supporting documentation and best practices.
Business Focus:
  • Leading seller relationships and project pipelines.
  • Balancing Amazon objectives with partner needs.
  • Maintaining stakeholder communication.

Languages required:

  • English: Essential for documentation and global communication.
  • Spanish: Important for regional collaboration.
  • Portuguese: Primary language for Brazilian market operations.

Requirements include scripting or coding experience, effective communication with senior leadership, knowledge of internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts.
