Job summary

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with partner teams and our developers to guide the integration process, provide status updates, and drive improvements that enhance partner experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with backend programming language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues raised by partners during their technical integration with our systems.
• Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.
• Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
• Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process runs smoothly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform competitive.

Qualifications:

• Must haves:
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
• Bachelor's (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly desirable:
• Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
