Você atuará como referência técnica, participando de design reviews, code reviews e pull requests, além de orientar a equipe na implementação de soluções escaláveis em um domínio

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento VB.NET.
• Protagonismo em liderança técnica ou vaga sênior.
• Conhecimento de arquitetura de software e padrões de design.
• Experiência prática com Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines) e implementação de CI/CD.
• Condução de code reviews, design reviews e aprovações de pull requests.
• Habilidade de definir soluções técnicas e trade-offs.
• Boa capacidade de solução de problemas e análise.
• Gestão de prioridades para entrega dentro de prazos.
• Comunicação e colaboração eficazes.
• Inglês avançado é obrigatório.
• Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.

Responsabilidades

• Definir a direção técnica da equipe, arquitetura e guiar o desenvolvimento de soluções de alto performance para sistemas ferroviários.
• Participar ativamente de revisões de design, revisões de código e pull requests.
• Conduzir avaliações e aprovações técnicas, mantendo padrões de qualidade.
• Liderar entregas com VB.NET e SQL Server, assegurando qualidade e entrega dentro dos prazos.
• Colaborar com o Product Owner e stakeholders para refinar requisitos.
• Desenhar, manter e melhorar pipelines CI/CD em Azure DevOps.
• Monitorar progresso do desenvolvimento e mitigar riscos técnicos.
• Mentorar desenvolvedores e guiar a equipe.
• Consolidar conhecimento dos sistemas ferroviários com stakeholders.

Job Description

Essa posição é para atuar em regime presencial, em Contagem, MG.

Who will you be working with?

You will collaborate with Senior Developers, Mid-Level Developers, Junior Developers, QA Analysts, Product Owner, Project Management, and railway domain experts. You will act as the technical reference for the team, working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment focused on delivering scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions based primarily on VB.NET and SQL Server.

You will lead the technical direction of the team, defining architecture and guiding the development of high-quality mission‑critical solutions for railway systems. Those systems require safety concerns you will not find in regular scenarios. You will actively participate in design reviews, code reviews, and pull request approvals, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

You will influence both technical decisions and delivery execution, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Your role will be critical in mentoring the team, reducing technical debt, and ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

What do we want to know about you?

Required

• Strong experience with VB.NET development.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines)
  • CI/CD implementation and management
• Strong experience conducting:
  • Code reviews
  • Design reviews
  • Technical analysis and pull request approvals
• Ability to define and evaluate technical solutions and trade‑offs.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure delivery within deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fast learning skills to understand domain knowledge related to railway systems.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally, according to project and customer needs.

Desirable

• Experience with railway systems or train dispatching systems.
• Knowledge of mission‑critical or real‑time systems.
• Experience with legacy systems modernization.
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and automation strategies beyond CI/CD.
• Full‑stack knowledge is a plus.

Will your typical day look like?

• Define and review software architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Perform code reviews and approve pull requests, ensuring high‑quality standards.
• Guide the team in implementing solutions using VB.NET and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Monitor development progress and ensure on‑time delivery of features and fixes.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks.
• Consolidate key stakeholders’ knowledge on railway systems.
