Jobtailor in Porto Alegre is seeking a Senior .NET engineer to design and evolve microservices architectures, enforce coding standards, and mentor the team toward high quality software. You will tackle performance diagnostics, security hardening, and CI/CD with Git/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring robust telemetry and tracing in production.

Qualificações

• Experience in designing and evolving microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of API security (JWT, OAuth) and data protection.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and conduct architecture-focused code reviews.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality tests.
• Familiarity with SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS, YAGNI.
• Experience refactoring legacy code and reducing cyclomatic complexity.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and VTEX platform is a plus.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and application insights.

• Design and evolve the architecture of new workflows and microservices;
• Define and enforce coding, architecture and quality standards within the team;

Requirements

• C# / .NET (6+)
• ASP.NET Core (Web API, Minimal APIs, middleware)
• Entity Framework Core / Dapper
• RabbitMQ (messaging patterns, dead-letter queues, retries)
• SQL Server (data modeling, indexing, execution plans)
• Messaging and event-driven architecture
• Git / Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Docker / Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)
• Strong experience in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Experience analyzing cyclomatic complexity and refactoring legacy code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines integrating quality analysis and automated tests
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, DRY, KISS and YAGNI
• API security knowledge: JWT, OAuth, IDOR prevention, mass-assignment protection, rate limiting, security headers
• Experience with structured logging, telemetry and performance diagnostics in production
• Ability to model relational databases for performance: indexing, projections, execution plans
• Ability to evaluate and choose appropriate design patterns for each problem (Strategy vs Chain of Responsibility, CQRS vs read-model approaches, etc.)
• It will be a plus if you have:
• Knowledge of e-commerce
• Experience with the VTEX platform
• Integration microservices
