Jobtailor in São Paulo, Barueri, Brazil seeks an experienced Tech Lead for Java back-end to define architecture, lead critical projects, and mentor a growing engineering team. You will work across Product, Security and Architecture to ensure scalable, reliable financial platforms with digital accounts, payments and white-label integrations.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong communication, security-aware design, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in Java back-end teams.
• Proficiency with Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Background in high-transaction financial systems: PIX, SPB, Open Finance or bank reconciliation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with automated testing: unit, integration and regression tests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts.
• Hands-on, collaborative profile with an ownership mindset.
• Knowledge of information security as applied to financial systems.
• Experience with messaging systems: Kafka or RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with federated authentication: OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Certifications: BACEN, Open Finance or OpenID.
• Experience with white-label projects or integrations across multiple brands.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical lead and reference for Java back-end, defining architecture, best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate on the technical definition of solutions alongside Product, Security and Architecture teams.
• Lead code reviews, deployments and architecture decisions with a focus on scalability.
• Ensure the quality, performance and resilience of applications, including testing, logging and observability.
• Code alongside the team to unblock deliveries and remove impediments.

• Evolve complex financial journeys: digital accounts, payments and white-label integrations.

• Identify technical risks and propose solutions before they become problems.
