Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Senior Cloud Migration Architect to lead enterprise migration initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will define migration strategy, architecture and oversee cross-functional squads to ensure successful deployments.

The role focuses on designing scalable, secure networks, data governance under LGPD, and end-to-end observability, with emphasis on delivering reliable integrations and robust rollback plans.

• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations across major cloud platforms.
• Experience with distributed architecture focusing on high availability and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security controls.
• Proficiency in databases and production CI/CD with observability practices.
• Experience in store integrations and vendor management.
• Preferred familiarity with retail/IoT solutions and container ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the migration strategy and architecture (rehost / replatform / refactor) for each component.
• Design the target architecture including security, networking, and observability patterns.
• Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines across multiple tools (Azure DevOps / GitHub / Jenkins).
• Define and implement the data strategy (migration, reconciliation, data quality, retention / LGPD compliance).
• Map and standardize integrations (APIs, events, messaging: Kafka / Event Hubs / IoT Hub).
• Implement end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces, SLI / SLO).
• Run migration pilots/waves, manage risks and rollback plans, coordinating multidisciplinary squads.
• Liaise with vendors (e.g., Sensormatic / Johnson Controls) and internal stakeholders, reporting on roadmap, risks, and decisions.

• Cloud networking and security (VNet / VPC, peering, VPN / ExpressRoute / Direct Connect, WAF, IAM, Key Vault / Secrets Manager).
• Databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL).
• Production CI/CD; observability practices (capacity / performance).
• Operating systems (Linux / Windows).
• Experience with store integrations.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with TrueVUE (Sensormatic / Johnson Controls) or retail RFID/inventory solutions.
  • Containers and Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / GKE).
  • Event-driven and streaming (Kafka / Event Hubs / Kinesis / Databricks).
  • Change management and third-party/vendor management.
