iHunters is partnering with a leading global iGaming company, operating in 19 markets with over 2,700 employees worldwide, to hire a Tax Manager for their growing operation in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all tax-related matters in Brazil, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations, especially within the gaming and online betting sector.
- Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with corporate guidelines and Brazilian legislation.
- Monitor tax and regulatory changes, assess risks and opportunities, and implement required updates to processes and policies.
- Manage and review the calculation of direct and indirect taxes, including preparation and submission of tax obligations.
- Support tax audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with local and international teams, including Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, providing tax advisory support to business stakeholders.
- Drive the development and improvement of tax processes, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Represent the company in key tax discussions internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Economics, or related fields (Postgraduate/Masters degree is a plus).
- Solid experience in tax management, with deep knowledge of Brazilian direct and indirect taxes, as well as tax compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, ideally with experience in digital businesses, technology, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Previous experience in multinational environments or large corporations, preferably with international reporting lines.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) mandatory.
- Hands-on profile, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal skills.
