Jobtailor is seeking a billing-focused intern to support electronic invoicing (NF-e) and the accuracy of billing records in São Paulo. You will monitor pending invoices, review tax and commercial documents, and enter data into the ERP system.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and iterative reporting to improve billing processes. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics, with a preference for Protheus ERP experience and solid Excel

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with the Protheus ERP system is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) in accordance with current legislation and ensure accuracy of information.
• Monitor invoices pending issuance to ensure sales and services are billed correctly.
• Review and organize tax and commercial documents (contracts, orders, other billing documents).
• Enter sales, purchasing, and service information into the billing system or ERP.

• Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) in accordance with current legislation, ensuring that all information is accurate.
• Monitor invoices pending issuance, ensuring that all sales and services rendered are billed correctly.
• Review and organize tax and commercial documents, such as contracts, sales orders, and other documents involved in the billing process.
• Enter sales, purchasing, and service information into the billing system or ERP.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports, including sales volume, billed amounts, and payment terms.
• Organize and update billing-related files in accordance with tax and accounting requirements.
• Review and record tax documents, incoming and outgoing invoices, receipts, and bills.
• Monitor and stay up to date on applicable tax legislation, reporting relevant changes to the tax team.
• Assist in resolving outstanding issues and answering tax-related questions from internal and external clients.
• Participate in preparations for tax audits by providing the necessary documents and information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with the Protheus ERP system is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
