Jobtailor is seeking a diligent tax assistant in Rio de Janeiro to review and classify tax invoices, analyze withholdings, and calculate taxes. The role supports daily tax operations and requires strong MS Office skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualified candidates will have or be pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting, with knowledge of ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL, and availability Monday through Friday 9:00–18:00. Prior accounting firm experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in progress.
• Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Totvs, Alterdata or Protheus preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting firm preferred.
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.

Requirements

• Preferred: previous experience working at an accounting firm
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
