Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Efficiency Analyst to uphold quality across Talent Acquisition by auditing calls, screenings, and communications. You will document findings and drive improvements with clear feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA, auditing or quality control roles.
• Experience evaluating performance using standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Talent Efficiency Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. This is a detail-driven position where your analysis of large volumes of operational activity directly shapes how the team maintains high hiring standards. What You'll Do:

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
