We areworking with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for their Gaming studios in São Paulo, Brazil.

Position: Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand role requirements and source suitable talent.
  • Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry (or other relevant industries).
