Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to execute talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions
  • Facilitate Recruiting Strategy Discussion meetings to establish deliverables and expectations
  • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of highly qualified candidates
  • Negotiate employment offers and successfully close candidates
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree
  • At least 3 years of professional recruitment experience in corporate functions (Human Resources, finance, legal, administrative, etc.)
  • Proven experience in performing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of labor market trends
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and selection models
  • Experience recruiting within the medical, life sciences, biotech, pharma, or related industries
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
  • Proficiency in a variety of recruiting methodologies, including Boolean Searches and professional networking
  • Experience managing the candidate process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • AIRS certification is desired
