Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 4–8 years of procurement experience, and familiarity with IT products. Proficiency in SAP or Ariba, along with fluency in Spanish and English, is crucial for success.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Manage purchase requests for IT hardware, software, and services end‑to‑end.
• Execute purchase orders aligned with approved budgets and sourcing guidelines.
• Act as the main contact for suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate data in procurement systems.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit and reporting needs.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and collaborate on sourcing strategies.
• Monitor IT market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT purchasing.
