Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
  • 1–3 years global purchasing and finance experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel; ERP experience (SAP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead sourcing, procurement, and supply activities for LATAM to ensure continuity and cost competitiveness.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance, service levels, and lead times.
  • Analyze quotations, market conditions, and cost drivers to support procurement decisions.
  • Monitor inventory, contracted volumes, safety stock, and supply risks.
  • Prepare procurement reports and provide timely insights to support decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Finance to align with launches and priorities.

A Day In The Life

As a Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing, procurement, and supply activities for assigned categories across Latin America, ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and strong supplier performance. Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will drive procurement strategies, mitigate supply risks, optimize costs, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role will have a strong focus on Ingredients, ensuring the strategic sourcing, quality, and reliable supply of raw materials to support production needs, innovation, and business growth.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, and supply of assigned categories across LATAM, ensuring reliable availability, competitive cost structures, and alignment with business requirements and procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships across assigned categories, maintaining strong partnerships and monitoring supplier performance, service levels, capacity, lead times, and overall reliability. Support supplier selection, onboarding, qualification, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs and procurement objectives.
  • Analyze supplier quotations, market conditions, commodity trends, and cost drivers to support sourcing decisions, cost optimization initiatives, competitive pricing strategies, and procurement planning. Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities, mitigate supply risks, and provide market insights that support business objectives.
  • Monitor supply availability, inventory levels, contracted volumes, safety stock, lead times, and potential supply risks to ensure continuity of supply and alignment with business requirements. Identify and elevate supply gaps, support contract compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance forecasted demand, inventory, and supplier capabilities.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze procurement reports and performance metrics, including supplier performance, inventory and supply monitoring, lead times, cost trends, contract utilization, risk indicators, and forecast alignment. Provide accurate and timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to support operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide procurement leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable analysis on procurement performance, supplier performance, costs, market conditions, and key operational metrics to support strategic planning, decision‑making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Execute day‑to‑day procurement activities to support business requirements, including supplier follow‑ups, order and supply coordination, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address operational challenges, maintain supply continuity, and support efficient procurement and supply chain execution.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across LATAM, including Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams, to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives, supply requirements, product launches, commercial initiatives, and operational priorities. Support issue resolution, change management, and the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
Who You Are
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in global purchasing, finance
  • Computer Skills Desired: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel required). Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience preferred -- SAP.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are advantageous
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English and Spanish preferred. Strong communication skills across multiple countries and functions
