Job Description

Key activities

Support teachers and students in the teaching and learning process by assisting with classroom and out-of-class activities, preparing materials, and helping to maintain an organized learning environment. Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and short-term teacher absences, ensuring safety, discipline, and engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Support students’ development, learning, and inclusion, encouraging independence and collaboration;
• Assist teachers with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities;
• Observe and record student progress, providing feedback as needed;
• Prepare resources, mark work, and provide general administrative support;
• Contribute to a positive school environment, following policies and maintaining confidentiality;
• Participate in meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities;
• Engage in continuous professional development and teamwork.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Languages, or related fields is desirable;
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is an advantage;
