Kyndryl seeks a Systems Management Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of customers' IT infrastructure and drive performance optimization across environments.

You will manage sizing and optimization, address critical incidents, and participate in change management, continuing to grow technical expertise and delivering secure, reliable systems.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix, networks and software systems.
• Knowledge of cyber security, incident response, security operations and risk management.
• Experience with data warehousing, database design and data modeling.

• Maintain and optimize customers' IT infrastructure to ensure peak performance.
• Size, capacity planning, and optimization of systems.

The Role

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
• A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems
• Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Systematic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
