Kyndryl Inc. in Brazil is seeking a Technical Team Leader for a Mainframe z/OS System Programmers group, coordinating with clients and partners across time zones.

You will install, upgrade, and maintain z/OS and multi-vendor ISV products, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead projects to implement new solutions while supporting on-call coverage.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English, and deep ITSM knowledge; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Leadership and coordination of teams in a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication with clients, partners and colleagues in English.
• In-depth experience with ITSM, Change Management and related ITIL processes.
• Hands-on expertise with z/OS system programming and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

The Role

Technical team leader for a Mainframe z/OS System Programmers team, working directly with a banking .

Who You Are

• Leadership - Excellent English communication skill to handle meetings with clients, partners and co-workers
• Strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate team's activities and provide technical directions.
• Deep experience with ITSM processes, including Change Management processes.

Technical Background as a z/OS System Programmer
