We are looking for a System Architect willing to tackle technical challenges on web applications, APIs, system integrations, and frontend in ReactJS and/or AngularJS. In this position, you will be part of our team in our development center in Brazil and will technically lead and design solutions, working closely with teams and clients in the US and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent English skills.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with a wide variety of projects, either creating large-scale solutions or delivering complex projects
• Solid experience in software development and systems integration
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Solid knowledge in continuous delivery and continuous integration to deliver software incrementally and in an agile way
• 5+ years working with Java / NodeJS / Python or other backend technologies
• Experience working with different programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, and Procedural)
• Experience working in a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and continuous delivery (Git, SCM, cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Fluent or advanced English skills

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining a technical relationship with our client’s technical team to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are met. Additionally, guiding and training our team on best development and software engineering practices.
• Design architecture according to technical and non-technical requirements
• Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions
• Guarantee a stable and productive development environment
• Bring innovative solutions for technical problems
• Communicate and negotiate technical decisions with the customer staff. Be able to present and advocate for the solution
• Create and manage the technical roadmap of the project, including dependencies
• Manage technical risks and communicate them to the management team
