In this role, you will be responsible to create solutions and help with problem solving for reported issues in real time as a member of the L3 support team working across various shifts depending on business needs. You will work with other team members remotely deploying, maintaining and monitoring a large complex cluster environment hosted in data centers across multiple continents. As a Systems Administrator with an emphasis on automation you will analyze procedures and help to design and implement automation and automated solutions for the diverse technical challenges including deployment pipelines, automated test scenarios and systems and services monitoring. The technologies used in the production environment include, but are not limited to OpenStack, OpenShift, Ceph, RedHat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform.
