A leading company in Support-as-a-Service seeks a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional assistance in a multilingual environment. Ideal candidates are fluent in Swedish and have a basic technical understanding, along with a positive attitude and self-management skills. Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 AM–11 AM

Qualificações

  • Fluent in Swedish and B2 level in Danish and English.
  • Basic technical understanding.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level is a must
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems
