Infios is seeking a Sustainment Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Brazil. You will provide user support for Warehouse Advantage (WM) and related applications, analyze incidents to identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions alongside a knowledgeable team.

Responsibilities include consulting technical documentation, simulating issues, creating training materials, and helping meet agreed service levels with customers. English proficiency is a must; Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Must be proficient in English.
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage tasks effectively.
• Intermediate understanding of programming logic, including the ability to interpret existing code.

Infios is looking for a Sustainment Analyst to work within our Supply Chain business unit. This is a support opportunity working with the Warehouse Advantage software, Infios One (WM), and a suite of third-party software applications, including Windows operating systems, SQL Server/Oracle databases, reporting tools, and printing software.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Provide user support via phone, email, or tickets submitted through company support tools.
• Perform in-depth analysis of incidents and problems to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources while simulating and testing issues in the environment.
• Develop training content and educational materials and share knowledge with other team members.
• Be responsible for, or assist with, managing service levels agreed upon with customers.

What you bring to the team:

• Must be proficient in English.

• Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Experience with operating systems and computer networking.
• Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions.
• Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
