Job Summary

As a Support Analyst in Transportation Management you will leverage your expertise in database management ASP.NET MVC Framework and Javascript to support and enhancement our systems. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with teams to ensure efficient data handling and security. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and ensuring seamless operations within the transportation domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using ASP.NET MVC and javascript to support transportation management systems.
• Optimize database queries to improve system performance and ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Manage SQL Server Management Studio mySQL and Oracle databases to maintain data integrity and security.
• Implement database security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand transportation management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Oversee the integration of new database technologies to enhance system capabilities and support business growth.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all transportation management systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Lead initiatives to improve database scalability and efficiency in line with evolving business needs.
• Utilize your language skills in English Portuguese and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and transportation management practices.
