What you will do:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  2. Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  3. Meet team KPIs
  4. Stay updated with cutting-edge technology
  5. Work securely with customers' sensitive information
  6. Apply the latest customer happiness practices
  7. Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
  8. Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed in this role:

  1. Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
  2. Experience in a customer support role
  3. Tech-savviness
  4. Analytical and research skills
  5. Strong problem-solving mindset
  6. Positive and responsible attitude
  7. Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Will be a great plus:
