Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating with various departments to maintain a seamless supply chain process.
• Executive Leadership in strategic meetings and external partners and suppliers to ensure reliable supply and manage performance.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of Supply Chain staff, including order management operation.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
• Manage relationship with customers and suppliers, negotiate terms and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Track and report on key supply chain metrics, such as lead-time, costs, etc.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain activities and performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related areas;
• Professional Experience in activities related to the job area;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
