Job summary

4flow is seeking a Supply Chain Network Engineer in Brazil to design networks, optimize transportation flows, and evaluate scenarios balancing costs, service levels, and operational requirements.

You will structure and validate data, develop analytical models, and translate results into practical recommendations while collaborating with international project teams. Hybrid work in Campinas or São Paulo plus a strong focus on English communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related analytical field.
• Experience in supply chain analytics, transportation optimization, network design, or related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to structure problems and translate findings.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and quality control.
• Ability to own deliverables, organize activities, and manage priorities with autonomy.
• Proactive communication of progress, risks, and support needs.
• Ability to communicate results clearly with international teams.
• Experience with Python or R, Power BI, and optimization methods is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas or São Paulo.

What your new challenge will look like

As a Supply Chain Network Engineer, you will work with an experienced team to develop innovative supply chain and transportation solutions for our international customers in the automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods and retail industries, among others. You will take on challenges such as designing supply chain networks, optimizing transportation flows, and evaluating scenarios to balance costs, service levels, and operational requirements. Your work will include structuring and validating data, developing analytical models, and translating results into practical recommendations.
