The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and English level; you will coordinate internal teams and contractors, develop maintenance plans, and ensure HSE compliance while optimizing reliability and uptime.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is required.
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage predictive, preventive, and corrective electrical/electronic maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation to minimize unplanned downtime and costs.
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and contractors, ensuring safety and quality.

We are looking for an Electro-Electronic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Based in Vila Velha, Brazil, and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the execution of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance services, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, devices, circuits, and other installations. This role involves inspecting and diagnosing faults, performing repairs and component replacements, carrying out specialized adjustments and calibrations, and utilizing measurement and control instruments. You will also be responsible for developing technical procedures in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective electrical and electronic maintenance activities for machines, equipment, devices, circuits, and other installations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Monitor the installation of equipment and devices, evaluating environmental and technical conditions, as well as calibration and testing simulations under various operating conditions, ensuring service quality and reliability. Develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs, defining maintenance activities based on periodic inspections, routine plans, and operational requests. Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation, including the use of internal teams and specialized contractors, with the objective of minimizing unplanned downtime and reducing maintenance costs. Participate in the development, execution, and inspection of machine and equipment installation projects, providing technical support related to materials, accessories, devices, and components, while contributing to the implementation of new technologies. Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and third‑party contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, schedules, and budgets. Ensure the availability of the necessary materials and resources to support maintenance activities and achieve operational efficiency. Establish and maintain relationships with service and material suppliers, identifying and developing alternative sources to improve maintenance support. Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and reports, including recommendations regarding equipment efficiency, reliability, and durability, to support improvement initiatives and decision‑making. Prepare technical reports based on inspections and evaluations of relevant occurrences, contributing to equipment improvements and increased productivity.

Ensure that all machinery and equipment are installed, modified, and maintained in compliance with the company's risk assessment procedures and HSE legal and technical requirements, aiming to prevent or reduce health and safety risks as well as environmental impacts. Take immediate action when informed of any deficiencies, unsafe conditions, unhealthy situations, or environmental risks. Support HSE and Operations Management in identifying all machinery, equipment, and facilities that require periodic inspections and verification from an HSE perspective. Ensure the proper execution and monitoring of HSE activities and controls under the Maintenance Department's responsibility.

What Are We Looking For?
