Role Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor Consumer Engagement based across Indonesia, covering areas such as North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on consumer engagement activities across various channels in assigned regions, including Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, and Community initiatives.
2. Analyzing marketing issues and opportunities, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
3. Managing and evaluating territories based on outlet potency and consumer preferences.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working with media partners, advertising agencies, branding, and creative agencies is advantageous.
• Preferably with exposure to field sales distribution and supervisory experience.
• Active in organizational activities and savvy with social media.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Passionate about fieldwork.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
