We are looking for a Supervisor Consumer Engagement based in All Over Indonesia. Our coverage areas include North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on consumer engagement activities across various channels in assigned areas, e.g., Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, Community
• Analyzing marketing issues and opportunities in the assigned areas, including segmentation and consumer profiling
• Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory strategies aligned with outlet potential and consumer preferences
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agencies, Branding Teams, or Creative Agencies is advantageous
• Preferably with exposure to field sales distribution and supervisory experience
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Passionate about fieldwork
• Having a valid driving license (SIM) Type A
