We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Supervisor to lead our sales team. The role involves coordinating and driving sales activities to meet and exceed company goals.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Windows).
• Knowledge of Sales Management software.
• Reside in Santa Catarina, preferably Florianópolis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the direct team of Salespeople/RCAs and indirect team (Distributors).
• Guide teams to achieve company goals.
• Monitor delivery orders, logistics, and credit processes, and identify customer needs.
• Negotiate prices and deadlines.
• Supervise and support sales representatives to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to Santa Catarina.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics departments for integrated strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
