1. Ensuring the achievement of sales targets related to volume, products, clients, and markets within established policies.
2. Developing and implementing market approaches to sell new products, aiming to acquire new clients and increase market share.
3. Setting sales goals in collaboration with the immediate supervisor and communicating them to team members.
4. Planning, organizing, and supervising commercial activities to meet objectives related to sales volume, market share, and service quality.
5. Coordinating and supervising the activities of subordinates.
