About The Position
We're seeking a Director of Product to lead our Product division, guiding the evolution of our offerings to enhance value for students and significantly grow the company. Additional Details
Open to Brazilian and international candidates. Remote position, based in GMT-3 Brazil time zone; preferred time zones between GMT-0 and GMT-6. Fluency in Portuguese or English required; bilingual is a plus.

The Challenge
Our goal is to evolve into a product-led, AI-centered company. This involves deeply understanding our students, business, and technological landscape, driving engagement and financial outcomes, and influencing company strategy.
Currently, we serve over 100,000 students across Brazil and LATAM with three main products:
1. High-quality video courses with renowned creators and a spaced repetition app;
2. Live conversation lessons (individual and group) with 500 teachers (average rating 4.9);
3. An upcoming AI-powered language learning app (pre-launch stage).
Our Product & Tech team comprises about 50 motivated professionals working in multidisciplinary squads. You will report directly to the CPO and collaborate closely with leaders in Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and Learning Experience.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead Product Strategy alongside other Product & Tech leaders
- Influence company-wide strategy with the C-level and founders, sharing data, research, and experiment outcomes
- Develop a strong Product Management team that feels challenged, safe, and driven to achieve results autonomously
- Stay agile, adapting to changes based on new insights, typical of high-growth environments
- Collaborate with leaders to prioritize user needs and ensure building the right solutions the right way

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience leading product teams
- Proven ability to drive results and impact business outcomes
- Background in startups, especially in early or growth stages, with the ability to make swift decisions with limited data
- Experience with mobile app development is highly advantageous, especially for building a new B2C app
- Ability to bring clarity to chaos, balance short- and long-term goals, and prioritize user needs
