We are looking for a Subcontracting Manager. This position will report to the GM, Subcontracting Management and the preferred location is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Responsible for the subcontracting cycle from sales to project closure, including planning, risk analysis, management of the tender process, qualification of subcontractors, contractual negotiations, and selection for contract award. The Subcontracting Manager manages and provides expertise and support for projects from sales through to EPC project closure, ensuring compliance with processes, management governance, and internal policies.
