About the Strategy Team

Zippi’s Strategy team is small, highly leveraged, and focused on solving the company’s biggest challenges. We tackle high-stakes decisions — whether it’s unlocking new growth, leading equity deals, mitigating existential risks, or making our core business stronger.

Our work is split into two key areas:

• Strategic Guidance – We define Zippi’s long-term direction, support executive decision-making, analyze market dynamics and competition, and communicate the company’s progress and vision both internally and externally.

• Corporate Development – We lead fundraising efforts, evaluate M&A opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with investors.

What You’ll Do

• Shape important decisions – Prepare high-impact memos, presentations, and executive materials for leadership, investors, and partners.
• Drive growth strategy – Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including M&A and strategic partnerships.
• Decode market movements – Analyze industry dynamics, emerging trends, and internal performance to help define Zippi’s long-term strategy.
• Turn intelligence into action – Work closely with Product, Finance, Risk, and Data Science to develop insights that drive product roadmap and business priorities.
• Represent Zippi externally – Engage with investors, partners, and industry players to strengthen our market position.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or strategy roles at high-growth startups.
• Exceptional analytical skills – You’re able to break down complex problems, model scenarios in Excel, and extract insights from SQL databases. Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and boost efficiency is a strong plus.
• Clear, high-impact communication – You can craft executive-level memos and presentations that drive decisions. Fluency in English is essential.
• Bias for action – You take ownership, push projects forward, and don’t wait for permission. You navigate ambiguity, adapt fast, and solve problems with imperfect information.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments – You juggle multiple projects without sacrificing rigor or attention to detail.
• Curiosity for business strategy & LATAM’s fintech ecosystem – You question assumptions, dig deep into markets and trends, and continuously refine your thinking to spot opportunities and anticipate what’s next.
