BANANA CLUB is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Jodhpur store, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for men's fashion, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to optimize sales.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about products and brand values. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and handle deliveries and stock replenishment. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Financial Management: Manage the store’s budget, expenses, and payroll to maximize profitability. Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive clientele and excellent service. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
