Staffing Partner at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staffing Partner to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to staff IT business opportunities successfully. You will bridge Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.

What You Will Do

• Manage and fill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adhering to deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• Experience as an IT recruiter interested in back‑office and client‑facing roles.
• Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience as a Staffing Analyst for IT profiles is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
