IT Cardinal Partners LLC is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Technical Developer Consultant for a remote position in Brazil. This role requires at least 8-10 years of IT experience, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow implementation and integration. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Portuguese and English and have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, custom application development, and integrations. The contract duration is between 6-18 months with a workload of 35-45 hours per week.

Sr. ServiceNow Technical Developer Consultant

Duration: 6-18+ month contract. 35-45 Hours a week

Location: 100% Remote from Brazil

Need to have a minimum of 8-10+ years overall experience with IT and 4+ years specializing in ServiceNow. Previous Custom Application Development using ServiceNow is critical.

Must speak fluent Portuguese and English

• Very senior specialist in complex integrations with high volume of data. Nice to have knowledge in HRSD and App Engine.
• ITOM specialist in Discovery and Service Mapping. very senior and consultive to deal with refactor in large bank. Folks with financial experience will jump to front of the list.

ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer role (general considerations):

Qualifications

• A system’s professional who wants to work in a collaborative environment
• As an experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, with Customer Service Management (CSM) a must, Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer and/or traditional workflows
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4)
• Experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow
• Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub
• Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Experience with App Engine

Responsibilities

• Work with functional team and clients to implement ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM and build customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine
• Develop scoped applications that will utilize all the ServiceNow’s platform functionality
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services
• Work with the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance applications
• Use UI/UX leading practices to develop ServiceNow Portals
• Design and develop reports and dashboards
• Working with CIO’s, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, PPM) and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advances technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization
