Responsibilities:

1. Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development on Salesforce, including data migration.
2. Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
3. Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring interconnectivity in a multi-ORG environment.
4. Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for business process changes or requirements.
5. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and functionalities to ensure optimal use of the platform.
6. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

Necessary Skills:

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with emphasis on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
2. Advanced English for effective communication in a global environment.
3. Practical experience in developing complex solutions in Salesforce environments, including automations and component migration.
4. Knowledge in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
5. Experience with B2B and B2C, especially in Salesforce community environments.
6. Knowledge of version control and DevOps practices, such as GitLab and Salesforce DX.
7. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Understanding of object-oriented concepts.
9. Basic knowledge of RDBMS.

Differentials:

1. Salesforce certifications.
2. Ability to gather requirements and experience in designing solutions using the platform.
3. Knowledge in CRM.
4. Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
