The IT. Sr Analyst Global Social Platforms is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives. This position reports into Sr. Product Manager Global Social Platforms and is based in São Paulo, Brazil .

What You Will Do
The IT. Sr Analyst Global Social Platforms is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.
· Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
· Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
· Provide guidance and support to regional social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all global social platforms.
· Identify and evaluate technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.
· Research, identify and promote technology solutions that enable business objectives.
· Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s).
· Recommend cost-saving solutions and implementation plans.
· Investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors and prepare situation analysis.
· Monitor quality standards, business requirements, time constraints, and budgetary resources within projects.
· Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to information technology and business partners.
· Support operations by ensuring orders are placed, updating vendor contracts, and solving day-to-day technology-based business issues.
· Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements.
· Process employee suggestions and ideas for process improvement.
· Track system development and improvements and interpret changes for programming staff and other functional areas.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media platforms and provide recommendations for adoption.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
· 6-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
· Experience in Sprinklr solutions is highly desirable.
· Experience in Influencer solutions is highly desirable.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Experience with social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootesuite, Sprout Social, Traackr, or CreatorIQ.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
· 6-8 years of relevant work experience in IT, with a focus on social media platforms.
· Experience working in large and global enterprises is desirable.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, R, Scala.
· Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Advanced verbal and written skills in English.
