A leading company is seeking a LATAM Lead Qualification Specialist to enhance customer experience and generate sales opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospects, utilizing various platforms for lead qualification, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Waters Corporation is currently seeking a LATAM Lead Qualification Specialist.
As a lead qualification specialist, your role will focus on the delivery of an exemplary customer experience, involving timely telephone and/or email follow-up of prospects and customers who have expressed an interest in Waters solutions via their engagement with our digital presence and marketing campaigns, elevating the Waters brand. Your aim will be to generate high-quality opportunities for sales, through qualifying the interest and intent of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales readiness or contact nurture status. Some campaigns may require self-paced learning and/or training prior to customer communication, with a focus on specific market segment campaign messaging and the current Waters product portfolio.
Reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, and as part of the Americas Inside Sales organization, you will maximize MQL-opportunity conversion, drive sales funnel size and health, and ultimately grow the opportunity and nurture pipeline.
