Sr Infrastructure Engineer – EApps

What you’ll do

You as a Sr Infrastructure Engineer - EApps will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software systems that enable various applications, databases, and technology platforms to work together seamlessly. They work to ensure that different systems can communicate and share data effectively, often using middleware and APIs to facilitate these interactions. Integration engineers play a critical role in streamlining business processes, improving efficiency, and enabling organizations to leverage the full potential of their technology systems. They must possess a strong understanding of different programming languages, databases, and web services, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing software and hardware solutions to integrate multiple systems and applications within an organization.
• Conducting system integration testing to ensure that all components work together seamlessly and meet functional requirements.
• Collaborating with software developers, system architects, and other team members to develop integration solutions that meet business needs.
• Documenting and maintaining integration processes, configuration details, and test results for future reference.
• Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, such as data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.
• Monitoring system performance and availability to identify potential integration issues and proactively address them.
• Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies that can improve integration processes and support business objectives.
• Training other team members on integration best practices and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in integration projects.
• Participating in cross-functional meetings and projects to align integration efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other departments or external partners on integration issues and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Language Level: Advanced English
• Work as an individual contributor.
• Deeper understanding of various application servers like webLogic, websphere, jboss, IIS, Apache and other Java technologies on windows and linux operating systems.
• Convert functional requirement into technical specification and implement solutions.
• Cloud migration, cloud deployment, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS etc.
• Knowledge of various monitoring tools like DataDog etc.
• Be able to define and implement integrated process improvements within the team.
• Deep knowledge of cloud and cloud deployment
• Infrastructure as a code tools, provisioning tools and cloud monitoring tools usage and administration is mandatory.
• Strong Debug skills
• Linux and Window background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCP Cloud provider.
• Terraform
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
