o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize supply chain demand planning applications for a global client base. You will lead end-to-end deployments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust data workflows and performance.

The role emphasizes deep domain knowledge, data analytics, and proactive issue resolution across platforms. Expect hybrid work with a global team, ongoing training, and opportunities to impact enterprise

Qualificações

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or a related field.
• Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9's solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring data loads accuracy and validating end-to-end workflows.
• Identify design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems.
• Be the single point of contact for platform upgrades/patches/hotfixes.
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests post go-live and deliver to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases.
• Work on bugs/issues and track progress to resolution using the support tool.
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
• Interface with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features.

What you'll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9's solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem.

• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you'll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field
• Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.
• Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.
• Characteristics: Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure. Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
