o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our global team and drive AI-first, end-to-end supply chain planning implementations.

You will lead, guide and configure the o9 platform to solve complex operations challenges while supporting training for a worldwide user base. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in supply chain demand planning applications, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong SQL/MDX/T-SQL skills with experience using R, SAS, or

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field; languages include SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical/Optimization skills through tools like R, SAS, CPLEX.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring data loads are accurate and e2e workflows validate
• Identify design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems; be the single point of contact for platform upgrades/patches/hotfixes
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests post go-live to solve deep operations/supply chain problems
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases; track bugs/issues and resolve them using support tools
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base
• Help improve internal processes and product features by interfacing with development and operations teams

What you’ll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix

What you’ll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
