Main responsibilities

• Lead IT projects as a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, focusing on Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and data analytics;
• Leverage technical expertise and strong analytical skills to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables;
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
• Proactively analyze and excel in a fast-paced IT environment, driving data-driven improvements and optimizing business processes;
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT projects involving M365, Azure, and related cloud environments;
• Analyze, model, and visualize data using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools;
• Develop, document, and manage project requirements, workflows, and system configurations;
• Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery;
• Identify and communicate project risks, timelines, and resource needs to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements and skills

• Microsoft 365 (M365):

Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Exchange Online;

• Azure:

Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, cloud security best practices, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and resource management;

• Data Analytics:

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, macros), Power BI, and experience with SQL for data querying;

• Project Tools:

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project to track and manage project deliverables.

Additional knowledge includes understanding of API integrations, cloud storage, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
