Job summary

A CI&T Software S.A. busca um Líder de Squad para São Paulo ou Campinas, liderando uma equipe multifuncional em projetos de tecnologia.

O(a) profissional será responsável por definir requisitos, gerenciar entregáveis e manter a cadência de sprints com foco em resultados de negócio. Requer liderança comprovada em ambientes Agile/Scrum, excelente comunicação e inglês fluente para interação com clientes globais.

Qualifications

• Inglês fluente é necessário para trabalhar com clientes internacionais.
• Experiência em liderança dentro de ambientes Agile ou Scrum.
• Boa compreensão de princípios ágeis e metodologias.
• Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais.
• Capacidade de motivar a equipe e manter alto desempenho.
• Confortável com stakeholders diversos e contextos multi-projeto.
• Responsável pela gestão de releases de produção.
• Fortes habilidades de resolução de conflitos e problem solving.
• Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e práticas ágeis.
• Certificação Agile/Scrum Master é um diferencial.

Responsibilities

• Liderar e capacitar uma squad multidisciplinar (desenvolvedores, designers, analistas).
• Promover cultura de colaboração, inovação e accountability.
• Definir requisitos, user stories, objetivos e entregáveis com stakeholders.
• Dirigir atividades diárias da squad, alinhando com metas e prazos.
• Monitorar desempenho e produtividade, com melhorias contínuas.
• Estimular aprendizado e crescimento da equipe, oferecendo coaching.
• Facilitar comunicação interna e com partes externas.
• Colaborar com outras squads para resolver dependências e entregar projetos.
• Supervisionar planejamento de projetos, sprints e retrospectivas.
• Promover ambiente de trabalho inclusivo e criativo.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Squad Leader to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals. The Squad Leader will play a key role in achieving our organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Led and mentored a squad of people from diverse backgrounds, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad.
• Collaborate with business product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives and deliverables.
• Drive the squad's day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor squad performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Encourage continuous learning and growth within the squad, providing coaching and support to team members.
• Facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the squad and with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive process improvements.
• Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity.

Requirements:

• Great English communication, you need to be able to work closely with international clients.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders.
• Comfort with owning the team's production release management requirements.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

You will have to work closely with clients.
