CI&T seeks a dedicated Squad Leader to guide a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and business analysts, driving delivery with agile practices and a focus on project goals.

You will mentor and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across diverse client programs.

• Facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the squad and with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Great English communication, you need to be able to work closely with international clients.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders.
• Comfort with owning the team's production release management requirements.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
